How do I pay for my cleaning?

At Neat Home Cleaning we only accept credit card payments. During our initial consultation, and before we clean your home for the first time, we will require having a credit card on file. Your card on file will be charged the day of your cleaning.

What if I need to cancel, or reschedule, my appointment?

We understand that life happens and things come up. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you know that your cleaning is not going to work. If it is a reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new desired day/time. Please call us at 720-722-1295 or email us at support@neathomecleaning.com.

What is our cancellation policy?

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you notify us of a cancellation more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment there is no cancellation fee. If you notify us less than 24 hours ahead of your appointment you will be charged half of your expected service fee.

What happens at the initial consultation?

Our co-owner Nicole will come to your home and meet with you in person and "get to know" your home. She will assess the size of your home and also talk with you about your specific requests in order to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your cleaning. We also will discuss all of our cleaning products and practices and discuss your frequency cleaning schedule.

How often do you come clean my home?

Each client and home is different, so we will figure out a schedule that works for you. Typically, most of our clients schedule our services weekly, or bi-weekly.

What type of cleaning products do you use?

We are committed to using only "eco-friendly" and "green products" for our cleaning. This is to ensure the safety of you and your family, our cleaners, and the environment.

Why do we not bring our own vacuum, and use yours instead?

We do not use our own vacuum when cleaning your home because of the risk of contamination and spread of allergens. An example of this is pet hair. If someone in your house is allergic to cats and we previously cleaned a home that had cats, we would be contaminating your home by using our vacuum. Even after a thorough cleaning, microscopic contaminates are still left behind from vacuums. Because we know allergies are such an important health concern, we will use your vacuum to prevent this.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

Absolutely not! Most clients schedule their cleaning while they are gone, or at work. If you plan to be gone during the cleaning, we will coordinate a way for our cleaners to get into your home. If you are going to be home during our cleaning that is completely fine too.
